010/ Jordanian Baradi Invents Color Identity System

Amman, Nov.15 (Petra) - Jordanian computer programmer, Adnan Subhi
Baradi, managed to invent a card by which identity verification can
occur through the use of colors, Baradi told Petra News Agency Thursday.
The "Color Identity System" gives each personal name a unique set
of colors which corresponds only to one person even when another person
holds the exact same spelling, said Al Baradi, adding that the color
system is not less accurate and effective than thumb prints, in fact,
Baradi believes it to be easier and better than thumb prints since
it only requires computer scan to verify an identity.
The use of this color identity system goes beyond the use of Personal
Identities to institutions and the classification of goods and products,
according to Baradi.
The color identification system is used in the first place, said Baradi,
for personal identification and that it is most needed in governmental
institutions where high security measures are necessary.
The Jordanian computer programmer elaborated saying that the regular
identity card usually contains the name and a personal photo of the
person, while, in the new color identity system the card will contain
several color plates equivalent to not less than two pieces of information
and the colors stand out without any interference of the computer
programmer.
